Diathermy – Red Vein

Diathermy is an advanced technique used by our Electrologist to reduce and eliminate, individual, visible surface capillaries (thread Veins) and spider veins, on the face. Diathermy is the cauterisation by heat current of the visible capillaries, which are in the epidermal layers of the skin.

Botox

Botox is a natural, purified protein that relaxes wrinkle causing muscles, creating an improved appearance.  The active ingredient in Botox is Botulinum Toxin type A derived from bacteria.  It is manufactured in sterile laboratory conditions.  It is a non-surgical treatment where a small amount is injected into selected facial muscles by your doctor or nurse.  After the injection it takes 2 or 3 days for the Botox to take effect, 7 days to take its full effect.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal Fillers are made of non-animal stabilized Hyaluronic acid which is manufactured in a sterile laboratory condition.  Dermal Fillers are used to fill lines and wrinkles and to reshape lip contours, increase lip volume, great for smile lines, frown lines and crows feet.  These injections will be carried out by a Doctor or a Nurse.
